Support Worker — Shepparton & Goulburn Valley
As a Support Worker with Shepparton Home Care, you’ll provide hands-on support to NDIS participants in the Shepparton and Goulburn Valley region. This is a permanent role with flexible hours, ongoing training, and a genuinely supportive team behind you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting participants with daily living tasks and personal care
- Supporting community participation and social activities
- Providing transport to appointments and outings
- Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
- Building positive, trusting relationships with participants
- Completing documentation and shift notes accurately
