The Role

Support Worker — Shepparton & Goulburn Valley

As a Support Worker with Shepparton Home Care, you’ll provide hands-on support to NDIS participants in the Shepparton and Goulburn Valley region. This is a permanent role with flexible hours, ongoing training, and a genuinely supportive team behind you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting participants with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Supporting community participation and social activities
  • Providing transport to appointments and outings
  • Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with participants
  • Completing documentation and shift notes accurately

NDIS Worker Screening Check Required
Working With Children Check Required
Valid driver’s licence & own vehicle Required
First Aid & CPR certificate Required
Right to work in Australia Required
Cert III or IV in Individual Support Preferred
Previous disability support experience Preferred
Second language — multilingual a big plus Preferred
